Ingredients

  1. 2 packetsMaggi noodles
  2. 1Green chilli
  3. 8-10Curry Leaves
  4. 1 Tomato
  5. 20 gm green peas
  6. 1 large size chopped onion
  7. 3 tbsp Cooking oil
  8. 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  9. 1/4 tbspred chilli powder
  10. 1/4 tbspcumin powder
  11. 1/4 tbsp salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Turn on the flame and heat a pan, add oil

  2. 2

    Add onions, green chilli and curry leaves

  3. 3

    Stir it for 2 minutes on medium flame

  4. 4

    Add green peas and mix it

  5. 5

    Add tomato and mix it

  6. 6

    Cook the tomato for 2-3 minutes on low flame

  7. 7

    Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder and add salt

  8. 8

    Mix it well

  9. 9

    Add maggi tastemaker and mix it

  10. 10

    Add water

  11. 11

    Cover it and wait for 1st boil

  12. 12

    Add noodles

  13. 13

    Wait until the water evaporates

  14. 14

    Ready to eat
