Lachcha Parantha
Steps

To make lachha paratha, in a bowl take two cups of wheat flour, add ghee, salt and knead this into a slightly tight dough by adding water gradually.

Keep it aside for 10 minutes
Divide the kneaded dough into the three equal portions and round these portions like a ball. - 3
Now cover the round portion with dry wheat flour and flatten it, On the circular board (chakla) keep the flattened portion and with the help of rolling pin (belan) roll out it into a thick roti.

Now apply ghee on the roti properly.
Cut the roti into medium-sized strips. - 5
Keep the strips one above the other and form a pile/bundle of strips. (greased side of every stripe should face upwards)

Now fold the pile to form a circular peda maintaining the strips

Now dust some flour on this round portion of strips and with the help of rolling pin (belan) roll out it into a thick paratha.

Roll out the parantha gently
Don't press too much. - 9
Put the rolled parantha on the hot tawa. Now it can be cooked by applying oil as we make any other parantha.

Apply pure ghee or butter as per your liking.

Enjoy with any curry of your choice.
