Ingredients

  • 250 gramrice
  • 1tomato
  • 1onion
  • 1capsicum
  • 3 teaspoonpeas
  • 2 teaspoonghee
  • To tastesalt
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoongaram masala
  • 500 mlwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Add ghee in a cooker

  2. 2

    When it get heated add all the veggies

  3. 3

    Soate it and add the masalas

  4. 4

    Stir and when it leaves ghee then add washed rice and water in it

  5. 5

    Wait for 2 whistles and after that leav it when pressure get normal in pressure cooker.

  6. 6

    Rice is ready to serve.
