Ingredients

  • 8anday
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2 cupmilk
  • ghee half cup
  • 1/4 teaspoonElaichi powder
  • nuts of ur choice
  • 1 pinchyellow colour (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Add 8 eggs sugar milk and half1/4th cup ghee in a blender.blend for 1 minute.

  2. 2

    Heat 1/4th cup ghee. add egg mixture cook on medium low heat with contineous stirring.add pinch yellow colour.

  3. 3

    Mix and cook until ghee saparated.add cardimom powder cook for 1 more minute.add nuts serve hot.
