First grind both soaked daal make a thick paste

Then beat tgis with hqnd or spoon in up side down style too make ur bhalle fluufy

Now add gunger garlic paste chilli powdwr half tsp salt and soda in paste

Then deep fry it like pakoras

When u fry all bhalle put these bhalle in a bowlnof water soaked fir 5 min

In a mean while prepare yogurt with salt and sugar qdd some water make a thick paste

Now press bhalle one by one to squueze water add one by one in ayogurt

Add roasted masala and chaat masala on top and serve chilled
