Baileys Nutty Fudge

Ingredients

Approx. 64 pcs
  1. 36 oz. (4 1/2 cups)white chocolate chips
  2. 1 (14 oz.)can sweetened condensed milk
  3. 1/2 cupBaileys Liqueur
  4. 1/2 cuprough chopped nuts, any variety (I used a mix)

Cooking Instructions

    Line an 8x8 baking dish with tin foil; coat lightly with cooking spray.

    In a large saucepan over medium low heat add white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and Baileys.

  3. 3

    Continue to heat until completely melted stirring frequently.

  4. 4

    Add nuts and mix well to combine.

  5. 5

    Add mixture to 8x8 pan.

  6. 6

    Place in fridge for several hours or overnight to harden & form. Then turn out onto cutting board and remove tin foil.

  7. 7

    Cut into 4 equal squares. Cut each square into 16 pieces. You will have approximately 64 pieces.
