Make your own brown sugar tapioca pearls with natural ingredients and hand-rolled dough! The chewy pearls paired with black tea and fresh milk make the perfect combination.
Steps

Heat the brown sugar and water together until the water comes to a boil.

Add the potato starch and tapioca starch, then knead until the dough is no longer sticky.

Bring 2 1/2 cups hot water (about 600 ml) to a boil, then add the tapioca pearls. Stir and cook until fully cooked.

Brew black tea, then add whole milk and the cooked tapioca pearls.
