Marinate chicken with curd, ginger garlic paste, salt, keep aside coriander seeds fennel seeds add 2 glasses water and cook for 20 minutes.

Take pan add bay leaf cumin seeds black pepper,clove, cinnamon stick, small black cardamom fry add onion and fry until light brown, add tomatoes chopped green chilli and fry well add marinated chicken mix well and fry.

And add rice and add coriander seeds and fennel seed water mix well and cook.Taste salt at this stage and lower the flame add rose water 2 teaspoons and keep for 10 minutes.

Ready to serve with boondi raita enjoy with your friends.
