For making dough - first of all take three cups of wheat flour salt to taste and one tablespoon of oil. mix properly and then knead soft dough by adding water slowly. Grease the dough and allow it to rest for 15 to 20 minutes.

For making cauliflower filling - first mix salt well with grated Cauliflower and leave for 5 minutes. Now after 5 minutes small amount of cauliflower and squeeze water from it and repeat the process for rest of cauliflower.

After squeezing the extra water from the cauliflower add all the ingredients with the Cauliflower and mix it well. Now take our dough and give it a little massage. Take medium size ball from dough and roll into a small disc. Add cauliflower masala and join edges of dough and roll. Roll from all sides uniformly. Does not make thin paratha. You have to make thick Paratha.

Now heat the tawa and place the paratha on tawa on medium flame. Once the paratha is slightly cook Apply oil on both sides. Cook the paratha from both side on a slow flame. You can serve the gobhi paratha with coriander chutney or Dahi or tomato sauce. Paratha is so delicious than other parathas.
