Chicken manchow soup

Steps

Add 1liter water with 200 grams chicken and add some ginger garlic paste and 2 green chillies.

In low flame in a pan add some butter and oil then add chopped garlic ginger and chilli and fry it for 4 mins then add all vegetables then add some salt and leave it for 5 to 7 mins.

Then add soya sauce and tomato sauce and some chilli sauce too and one tablespoon vinegar.

Then after this bring the boiled chicken and cut it into small pieces and add it with the prepared vegetables.

Add the boiled water with it and leave this to cook.

After 5 mins add some cornflour water and leave for 2 mins then add two eggs.

Then prepare for chow first boil noddles and after cooling-off fry it in oil

Then serve the soup.
