  2. 1/2 kgspring onions finely chopped
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 2medium sized potatoes cut in cubes
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric
  6. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. Oil as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Method:

    Heat oil in a wok and add spring onions. Saute until a little soft. Now add potatoes, tomatoes, salt and spices along with a little water. Let it simmer and cook on a low flame till potatoes are soft. Serve with naan and enjoy!
