Panchmel dal
Steps

Firstly wash and soak Dal for half an hour and boil it adding turmeric and salt

Once Dal gets cooked prepare the tadka for the Dal

Take oil add mustard and cumin seeds
- 4
Then add curry leaves and red chillies saute for a second
- 5
Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute
- 6
Now add onions and saute for a minute or two by adding tomatoes,green chillies and coriander leaves

Once tomatoes gets mushy add dry masala and roast for 5 minutes

Now add tadka on dal
- 9
Your healthy Dal is ready
