Ingredients

  1. 1 kgChicken
  2. 400 gramsCurd
  3. 6 tbspBrown fried onion
  4. 2 tspCoriander powder
  5. leavessome Coriander
  6. leavessome Mint
  7. 5green chillies
  8. 1 tspChat masala
  9. 2 tspSalt
  10. 1 tspGrind garam masala
  11. 2 tbspGinger garlic paste
  12. 15Almonds (chopped)
  13. 1 tbspdry coconut
  14. 750 gramsRice
  15. 1 cupMilk
  16. Few Saffron strands soaked in milk
  17. 1 tbspRose water
  18. 1/4 spoonsaffron colour
  19. 10 tspBlack pepper
  20. 10cloves
  21. 3Black cardamoms
  22. 5Green cardamons
  23. 1 tbspCumin seeds
  24. 2" small piece cinnamon stick
  25. 1 cupOil
  26. 2 tbspOil (at the time of boiling rice)

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate chicken with curd, ginger garlic paste, salt, garam masala powder, coriander powder, chat masala, brown onion coriander leaves, mint leaves and oil.Mix well keep in the fridge overnight

    Make a fine mixture of dry coconut, almonds, green chillies and keep aside.

    Take pot add water then add salt whole garam masala, mint leaves, coriander leaves, bay leaf, lemon juice water allow it to boil add rice and cook 70 percent, drain and keep aside.

    Take pot add marinated chicken, if you want check salt and chilli then add badam, dry coconut and green chilli paste spread rice and 1 cup hot oil and 1 cup hot milk mixed with colour and saffron strands. mint leaves, coriander chopped leaves, brown onion grind garam masala, rose water and cover lid with foil paper and keep on high flame for 10 minutes and 25 minutes slow flame.

    Ready to serve with boondi raita. Very tasty, delicious and mouth-watering light on stomach must try. Enjoy with your family take care eat well.
