Ingredients

1 gspinach chopped
2-3green chillies,chopped
1 cupbesan
1/2 cupwater
1 tspred chiili powder
3/4 tspcoriander powder
To tastesalt
As required oil for deeping fry
As per taste black salt for sprinkling

In one bowl add chopped spinach,green chilli,red chilli powder,coriander powder,salt and water and mix it well.

Drop a small amount of batter into hot oil,deep frying till crispy and golden,sprinkle chaat masala, palak pakoda ready to serve.
