Ingredients

  1. 1 gspinach chopped
  2. 2-3green chillies,chopped
  3. 1 cupbesan
  4. 1/2 cupwater
  5. 1 tspred chiili powder
  6. 3/4 tspcoriander powder
  7. To tastesalt
  8. As required oil for deeping fry
  9. As per taste black salt for sprinkling

Steps

  1. 1

    In one bowl add chopped spinach,green chilli,red chilli powder,coriander powder,salt and water and mix it well.

  2. 2

    Drop a small amount of batter into hot oil,deep frying till crispy and golden,sprinkle chaat masala, palak pakoda ready to serve.
