Soak rice and fenugreek for 3 hours.

In a mixer jar add the raw rice, fenugreek,curd, coconut,poha, jaggery, required amount of water and make a fine and little thick batter.Keep it aside to ferment for 8 to 9 hours.

After 8 hours add salt and little baking soda and mix well.Pour the mixture on the hot dosa tawa and spread it lightly like uthappam.Close it with a lid and cook in low flame.Flip the dosa and cook for a minute.Apply butter on the top.Serve it with coconut chutney.
