First of all we will take a bowl and add all purpose flour, salt and mix well now add water little by little and kneed a dough midium consistency now we will cover it a cloth a keep it aside for rest.

Now we will grate carrot and cabbage, cut onion in slice of you want u can chopped onion now chopped garlic and cut few spring onion, soaked soybeans and keep it aside.

Now take a pan or kadayi add into cooking oil wait until it warm now add garlic cook it only 10 second now add onion cook it for 20 second now add cabbage cook it add carrot also stir it and cook until little soft now add salt. Vinegar, soya sauce mix well and cook it 50 second or 1 minute add spring onion and mix well now keep out in a plate for cook down.

Now we will squeeze all the water from the soybeans and

Now we are going to mix it in a mixer and mix it in a veges mixture

Now we will check our dough it is ready make a small boll of it and roll it as a puri you make sure sides will be thin now add 1 to 11/2 tsp stuffing and make a momos.now take a kadayi add cooking oil for shallow fry you make sure it is medium hot otherwise we momom cook only outside now add momos cook it all side for little brown now take out in a plate.

Take a bowl add curd, gram flour all spices, and little bit water mix well,now add momos and mix well,we will all momos in sides and make a space in middle of bowl and keep a small piece of aluminum foil, keep it a warm coal and add 1 tbsp of desi ghee top of coal,you will notice the smoke has started rising now cover it with a lid and wait until all the smoke is going now we remove the cover it is ready now.

Take a iron rod add 3 momos one by one and cook it direct gas you will notice within a 1,,2 minutes dark spot is coming on Momos and it is ready now we will serve it with lemon, onion, chutney and enjoy it.
