Wash and clean the potatoes and cook in pressure cooker for two whistle. And cool it and peeled, Chopped them.

In a pan put oil heat it then add jeera, mustard seeds,and curry leaves.

Then add sliced onion, green chilli and fry still soft and translucent.

Then add haldi,Ginger and potatoes and mix well and fry for 2 minutes.and add salt to taste and dad some water and cook for 5 minutes.And off the flame. And Granish with coriander leaves..

Potato bhaji is ready.. serve hot with Goan bread or puri....
