Take 1/4 cup rice

Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan.once boiled, keep in a low flame.

Add rice & stir occasionally.

Now rice kheer is ready..

Heat wok on gas stove and add add sugar to caramalize it on a slow flame.Be careful sugar should not burn.

Turn off the flame; once little cool add 3-4 tbsp water. Be careful it will start sizzling.Sugar syrup is ready.

Pour this sugar syrup into the rice kheer. Add cardamom powder & chopped dry fruits. Stir continuously and cook for 5 minutes.

Caramalized kheer is ready..Garnish with almonds. Let's enjoy this delicious dessert. 👌👍
