First of all fry the onion and set aside

Chop it in chopper

Blend tomatoes to make a paste

Wash the meat

Cut potatoes

I always boil the meat first so in this gravy I already boil the meat till 1/4done

In a pan add oil

Add ginger garlic and fry it

Add red chilli coriander turmeric qirma masalas

Bhunufy it by adding water

Add meat and fry it

Add tomato paste and cook it till oil comes out of gravy

Add onion in it and bhunufy it

Add chicken cube and garam masala

Cook it for five minutes

Now add boiling water according to how much gravy u want

Cook on low flame

When meat and potatoes are done add fresh coriander green chillies and Julien ginger
