  • Baby Marrows (2 packets)
  • 500 gTenderized Steak (Strips)
  • TablespoonGarlic
  • TablespoonBlack Pepper
  • 1 PacketSpaghetti Bolognais Sauce
  • 1 PacketOxtail Soup
  • 100 mlCooking Oil
  • 1Onion Chopped
  • Spicy spice to taste (Optional)

    In your pan fry your onion, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. You can add a spicy spice if you want to. Next add Steak strips and fry till all the juices is gone. Take half a packet Bolognais sause and half oxtail soup and mix with the steak. Do not add water. Before dishing you can add a little bit of water if you prefer a runny sauce.

    Separately prepare your Baby Marrows. Fry in a little bit of oil to tender but still crunchy. Add salt to taste. I sommer used aromat. When all ready dish and enjoy. Bon Appetit!
