Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cuprice
  2. 1/4 cupurad daal
  3. 2 tbspChana Dal
  4. 2 tbspajwain(carom seeds)
  5. 1 tablespooncumin seeds
  6. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak urad daal, chenna Dal, rice for 7-8 hours and grind it. Keep this overnight. Next day morning pour some water to make into flowing consistency, add ajwain, cumin seeds, salt.

    Take Dosa pan, keep on the stove and keep the stove in high flame. Once it heats, sprinkle some water, take Dosa batter and make it like Dosa shape. Once it is becoming brown pour oil with a brush on the top of Dosa.

    Flip aside.

    Once the Dosa cooked properly keep it in a plate and serve hot with chutney.
