Ingredients

6-8 persons
  • 1full Kaleji (with heart and kidneys) cut into small cubes
  • 3tomatoes (peel off the skin and cut them)
  • 2 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 3-4 tbspBBQ sauce
  • 2 tbspsoya sauce
  • 1 tbspworestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsphot sauce
  • 1 tbspchilli sauce
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • Salt
  • 1 tsproasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsporegano leaves
  • 1/2 tspthyme
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • Water as required
  • Koila

Steps

  1. 1

    Put oil in a pan and add Ginger garlic paste.

  2. 2

    Now add Kaleji and bhonofy it.

  3. 3

    Now add tomatoes, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder and bhonofy it.

  4. 4

    Add water to tenderize it.

  5. 5

    When Kaleji is tenderized, add BBQ sauce, worestershire sauce, soya sauce, chilli sauce, hot sauce, oregano leaves, thyme and salt.

  6. 6

    Again bhonofy it. Take heated Koyla in a foil and put in between it, put few drops of oil on heated koyla and cover it with lid for 1 minute.

  7. 7

    Now serve it hot with different types of chutneys/ ketchup.
