  1. 3/4 cuprice
  2. 1 litrewater
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1/4 spoonblack pepper powder (optional)
  5. 1 spoonghee(optional)
  6. as neededCoriander leaves for garnishing

  1. 1

    Wash the rice and soak for15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Boil the water in a saucepan when it's boiled put soaked rice and cook till done.

  3. 3

    When it's done drain it and separate rice and rice water.

  4. 4

    Add salt, black pepper and coriander leaves.

  5. 5

    Serve hot. You can add cooked rice.
