Steps

Grate or chop carrots. Chole vegetables of your choice. I have taken grated carrot, beans, capsicum,tomato and onion.

Take rawa, malai and all the vegetables in a bowl. Add salt and pepper and make a thick batter adding little water.

Take a bread slice and apply little batter on the bread.

Heat a pan and put 1 tsp oil. Place the prepared bread upside down and press with spatula. Flip once done. Let the backside to be crisp

Take out in a plate when done. Enjoy hot sooji toasts.
