Weigh all the ingredients and keep everything ready before you start making the cake

Chop all the dry fruits and add mix fruit juice to it. Note that the dry fruits should be fully covered in the juice. store it for up-to 8 hours in the fridge.

1. Seive whole wheat flour, rawa, ginger powder, cinnamon powder, baking soda and baking powder into a bowl.

2. add yogurt, oil, date syrup, brown sugar into a bowl and whisk it together

Fold in all the dry and wet ingredients and add half of the soaked dry fruits. Pour the mixture in a greased baking pan.dd the remaining half dry fruits

Bake in a pre heated oven at 180C for 40mins.
