Ingredients

4-6 servings

1 cupred cabbage, finely sliced or shredded
1/2carrot, shredded
1/2broccoli stem, shredded (great way to use the stems)
1/2mango, finely diced
1-2limes - juice only
2 tablespoonsmacademia nut oil (or olive oil)
3table spoons madacemia nuts, chopped (garnish)
to tastesea salt
to tasteblack pepper
parsley (garnish)

Steps

Combine cabbage, carrots, broccoli and mango.

Add lime juice, macademia nut oil, sea salt, and black pepper. Toss the salad to mix well with the dressing.

Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped macademia nuts and/or parsley.
