Whip pure ghee& add sugar till light & fluffy add essence & beaten cream mix well

Shift flour with baking powder &foldthe flour in creamed mix,add milk or water to get pouring Consistency mixture divided into 4 parts add yr choice colours

Pour this mixture into the greased & floured mould and bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 30 minutes

Cake is done when toothpick inserted in Center comes out clean decorate with whipped cream
