First in a pressure cooker heat up a oil add onion,cook it for 5 minutes then add palak, tomatoes,chana dal,green chilli,salt,turmeric powder add cup of water,cook it for 4 whistles

Let the pressure release naturally, then open the lid of cooker mash dal then heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan add small piece of garlic cook them untill it's colour changes to brownish,pour this over palak chana sabzi.Palak chana sabzi is ready to serve.
