Boiled cauliflower
The mix:
2-3eggs
1/2 cupflour
1little liquid milk
1 clovecrushed garlic
Salt
1 teaspoonpaprika
1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
1 teaspoonturmeric
1little cilantro

Steps

Boil the cauliflower with salt and a little vinegar, then drain. Beat the mix ingredients well, then dip the cauliflower pieces one by one. Place them in a strainer, then fry in hot oil until golden brown. Place them in a strainer to remove excess oil from frying. Serve hot or cold.
