1/2 cuprice flour
1 cupmaida
3 tablespoonspowder sugar
3 teaspoonmilk
1 pinchsalt
1/2 teaspoonsaunf( fennel seeds)
as neededWater
as neededOil for deep frying

Steps

First of all you will need a rose cookie mould. Now mix all the ingredients and make a semi thick batter.

Now dip the mould in hot oil then the batter and back to the hot oil, the batter will leave the mould. Flip and deep fry till golden brown and serve.
