Prepared the sugar syrup

Take a pan and put the sugar add one glass of water and boil mix it well. Cook on low flame until sugar is dissolved.

Continue mixing until syrup becomes thick and add few drops of lemon juice. Set aside.

For Dough:

Add baking soda and flour together and sift them then add jaifal powder and elaichi powder and salt and mix also add 2 1/2 tbsp melted ghee. mix them.

Add 3 tbsp yoghurt of room temperature mix well till it becomes crumbled then add 1/4 cup water or as required then keep mixing and gradually add water till the dough becomes combined and don't make the dough finished. Cover and put it to rest for 15 minutes.

Grease your hand spread the dough and cut from center and overlap and continue this procedure 3 to 4 times and then roll it a then cut it into pieces and make it into a sphere and make a hole in the ball then fry them on low flame for 20 to 25 minutes take them out and place them in the sugar syrup and leave 10 to 15 minutes then take them and garnish with pistachio.
