Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  1. 1 cupcrispy fried cattle skin
  2. 1handfull of beef, cut into cubes
  3. 10green beans, cut into 3 or 4 parts
  4. 2carrots, peel and cut into sticks
  5. 3yellow tofus, slice then fry
  6. Chilli Paste:
  7. 4garlics
  8. 5red chillies
  9. 3Red curly chillies
  10. Others:
  11. 2Asian bay leaves
  12. 1lemongrass
  13. 500-600 mlthin coconut milk
  14. Some salt
  15. Pepper
  16. Sugar
  17. Chicken powder
  18. Oil for frying

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Make the chilli paste by using a blender or traditional mortar and pestle. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in a pan. Then add the paste. Stir until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Then add the bay leaves and lemongrass. Stir until fragrant.

  4. 4

    Then add the beef. Stir until they are cooked.

  5. 5

    Then add the coconut milk. Let it simmer.

  6. 6

    Add the seasonings. Stir and taste test.

  7. 7

    Then add the cattle skin, tofu and veggies.

  8. 8

    Cook until the veggies are no longer raw.

  9. 9

    Turn off the heat and serve.
