Makhana and Lotus Stem Chaat

Cut thin slices from lotus Stem and microwave for one minute. Then sprinkle corn flour and mix till well coated. After a while dust extra flour and deep fry. Keep aside.

Take one tablespoon ghee in a pan and roast makhana till crisp. Add black salt. Mix well
- 3
Now in a bowl put makhana,lotus Stem and top with sweetened curd,sweet chutney, sprinkle all spices. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve cold.
