Ingredients: 2 cup Poha - (soaked); 1 Onion - finely chopped; 1/4 cup Matar; 1 Potato - small sized (finely chopped); 1/4 cup Peanut; 2 Green Chilli - finely chopped; 4 tbsp Coriander leaves; 8 to 10 Curry leaves; 1/2 tsp Jeera / cumin; 1 tsp dhania / coriander powder; 1/2 tsp rai / mustard seeds; 1/2 tsp saunf / fennel seeds; 1 tsp Salt; 1 tbsp Sugar; 1 tbsp Lemon juice; 1/2 tsp Haldi / turmeric powder; 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder; 1/2 tsp Dhaniya / coriander powder

Heat a pan & Add oil

Add cumin, mustard & coriander seeds

Add curry leaves, green chilli & onion, peanut and fry 1 min

Add matar & potato

Cover and cook for 2 to 3 min

Add dry masale & mix well

Add soked poha & salt,sugar and lemon juice

Mix well

Add coriander leaves & serve
