Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1/2 cupquick oats
  2. 1 cupunsweetened almond milk
  3. to tasteStevia
  4. to tasteCinnamon
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. Toppings
  7. 1/2 cupfruits of choice
  8. 1 TBSPnatural peanut butter or nuts of choice
  9. Splashalmond milk
  10. Garnish with ground flax seeds

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add milk, oatmeal, stevia, salt and cinnamon to a pot and cook on low heat until oatmeal thickens.

  2. 2

    Top with toppings of choice. I used blueberries, peanut butter and a splash of almond milk. Garnished with some ground flax seeds for additional texture.
