3 to 4 servings
  • 3-4beetroot
  • 1 cupfull fat milk
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • as requiredDry fruit
  • 2 tbspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate beetroots.

    Then heat pan and put beetroot. Roast until beetroot dry then add ghee.than roast now add milk and cardamom powder and cooked 15 min until dry.

    Put dry fruit and halwa is ready.
