This is a little spicy curry
Steps

For gravy: First dry roast dry coconut, sesame, poppy seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds separately in a kadhai. Keep aside.

Now in the same kadhai, add oil and roast the onion, garlic and ginger till golden brown.

Now first grind dry ingredients. Now add onion and garlic and ginger and grind together.

In a kadhai take oil. Once the oil is hot add all the onion masala. Fry for two minutes.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder. Stir for 1 minute.

Add salt and water. Give a boil. Switch off the flame. Your gravy is ready.

Now while serving in a bowl first add the thick sev, add prepared gravy on it. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander. Serve sliced onions and lemon along with it. Enjoy your Sev bhaji with Roti/chapati.
