Ingredients

  • 3Potatoes 🥔
  • 1.4 cupOil
  • 1 tbGinger garlic paste
  • 3 tbTomato paste
  • Green chilli
  • Zeera 1 ts
  • to tasteSalt
  • Crushed red chilli 2 ts
  • Sookha dhaniya 1 ts
  • Koloonji 1/2 ts

Steps

  1. 1

    In karhai add oil and Zeera fry it and add potatoes 🥔

  2. 2

    Fry the potatoes now add ginger garlic paste and green chilli

  3. 3

    Add all the spices and tomato paste. And cover it with lid and allow the potatoes to be done.

  4. 4

    Serve 🔥 with chapati or pratha
