Ingredients

  1. 3Potatoes 🥔
  2. 1.4 cupOil
  3. 1 tbGinger garlic paste
  4. 3 tbTomato paste
  5. Green chilli
  6. Zeera 1 ts
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. Crushed red chilli 2 ts
  9. Sookha dhaniya 1 ts
  10. Koloonji 1/2 ts

Steps

  1. 1

    In karhai add oil and Zeera fry it and add potatoes 🥔

  2. 2

    Fry the potatoes now add ginger garlic paste and green chilli

  3. 3

    Add all the spices and tomato paste. And cover it with lid and allow the potatoes to be done.

  4. 4

    Serve 🔥 with chapati or pratha
