Steps

In a pan add oil, mustard, jira,garlic,hing and onion and cook till its soft.

Now add turmeric,salt,red chilli powder and cook fr 2mins.

Add besan and cook till the raw smell goes away
- 4
Now add 1/4 cup of water,mix well and cook by covering for 2mins and break lumps by spoon
- 5
Repeat same process by sprinkling 1/4 cup twice and cooking by covering
- 6
Now sprinkle corriander and serve hot with bhakri or chapati or kadi rice
