Make soft dough of wheat flour.Leave it for 10 minutes.

Take gram flour,oil,salt,and onion mix well.Knead with little amount of water. Roast the brinjal and tomato in gas or flame. Boil the potatoes.Peel all the veggies and mash.

Now make the chokha crackling all the spices in oil.Cook all the veggies nicely.Add coriander.Mix well.

Chokha is ready.Now take chapati size balls of dough.Fill the (sattu) stuffings.Do all for rest dough.

Pre-heat your tandoor in medium flame. Roast all litti in medium flame in tandoor.Check after 5 to 7 minutes.Roast nicely from all sides.

Dip in melted ghee and serve hot -hot with chokha,ghee and green chutney.
