Steps

Wash and Soak rice for half an hour.

Peel and wash carrots and grate.

Boil milk in a pan.

Add rice and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Add grated carrots and cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Stir in between.

Add sugar and cook again for 5 minutes.

Chop all dry fruits and mix in gajrela and stir. Cook for 2 minutes. Switch off the flame now.

Serve hot as dessert.
