Ingredients

For Marination
250 gmsPrawns medium
2 tbspCornflour
2 tbspMaida
1 tspSoya sauce
1 tspRed chilli powder
1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
to tasteSalt
1 tspRed chilli flakes
1Egg
Serve with
Sliced onion
Sliced capsicum
Sliced Green chillies

Steps

Marinate the prawns with all the items mentioned above and set aside for about 1 hour.

Mix well and deep fry until golden brown.

Stir fry onions,capsicum, green chillies and add some salt and red chilli flakes.

Add the fried prawns and saute on medium heat for 1 min
5

Serve hot.
