Stream corrot and moong dal for 10 min in low flame

In a frypan pour of oil and once it is heated add a half spoon of Mustard and then add a half spoon of Urad Dal, then add one sliced onion and 3 green chillies.

Put the streamed carrot and moong dal in the frypan, then add a 1/4 spoon of turmeric powder and 1/2 spoon of salt and toss the frypan for 2 mins.

Add coconut flakes on the top. Now delicious and spicy carrot poroyal is ready.
