Ingredients

10 minutes
2 servings
  • 1 bowlcooked rice
  • 1 cupavrekai
  • 1tomato
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2green chillies
  • 1/4Ginger paste
  • 3 pinchesturmeric powder
  • 1/2 spoongaram masala
  • 2 spoonschopped Coriander leaves
  • 2 spoonsOil
  • 1/4 tsp jeera seeds or little less

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat the kadhai, add oil, jeera, and fry it. Add green chilli, avarekai and mix nicely. Add ginger paste and fry them.

  2. 2

    Add tomato and mix. Add salt, turmeric powder and mix. Once it avarekai, tomato soft, add garam masala and mix.

  3. 3

    Add rice and mix. Finally add coriander leaves and mix.

  4. 4

    Serve with love.
