Steps

Heat the kadhai, add oil, jeera, and fry it. Add green chilli, avarekai and mix nicely. Add ginger paste and fry them.

Add tomato and mix. Add salt, turmeric powder and mix. Once it avarekai, tomato soft, add garam masala and mix.

Add rice and mix. Finally add coriander leaves and mix.

Serve with love.
