Make the batter by mixing Sooji, besan and water. Add salt and water. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile saute all the veggies, add salt, pepper and oregano and keep aside.

Make pancakes with the batter. On a separate tawa, make half fry eggs, sunny side up.

Layer egg on pancakes, then keep veggies and roll. Serve hot.
