Steps

Make 4 small cuts in the brinjals (bagain) but don"t separate them and keep.

In a pot add cooking oil on medium heat and add the baghar to the pan (onion seed,cumin seeds,fenugreek seeds and curry leaves.

Than add the brinjals and stir fry for a couple of minutes and then take the brinjals out.

Add a little water, Gingergarlic paste,red chillipowder,coriander powder, salt, zeera,coconutpowder,peanut powder,sesame seeds powder,curry leaves, and rest of the spices to the pen.

Add the fried brinjals and cook for 2 minutes.
Finally add the tamarind pulp,cover and on very low heat for 10 minutes.
And serve with Boiled rice and chapati. - 6
