Mix makke ka atta, salt and make a dough with warm water

For stuffing mix chpped cabbage,carrot, capsicum, coriander leaves, boiled potatoes, green chilli, ginger,mashed paneer,coriander, red chili, cumin powder,chat masala,gram masala, amchur,mix herb,salt

Make a puri out of the makke ka atta. And fill the mixture in it and make shape of kachori

Heat the oil and fry the kachori's till it turnes golden brown in color. and it is ready to serve
