Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsrice
  2. 2diced green pepper
  3. 3chopped carrots

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot of boiling water, add the rice and perboil until its half done. Strain & set aside

    Add the rice in a pot and add in boiling water same level as the rice. Add in the cooked carrot as well.

    When done, add in the green pepper and stir. Bring down and serve.
