Steps

Take ghee in a pan
Add whole cumin seeds and let them crackle. - 2
Add onions,ginger garlic and green chiliies chopped. Sauté

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder and sauté.

Add chopped or puréed tomatoes
When tomatoes become little soft add boiled Chana And bhuno it for some time. - 5
Let the masala cover chana well now add palak puree and cook for 2-3 minutes only so that raw smell of palak goes away.
Don't cook for long otherwise palak will lose it's green colour. - 6
Garnish with pure ghee and julienne ginger.
Note: leftover cooked channas can also be used
