Something I was craving because I had a taste for vegetables and chicken.
Steps

Heat 6 pieces of battered chicken in 3 tablespoons of oil in skillet.

In another skillet place 4 tablespoons of cooking oil and add 1 stalk of brocolli, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, 1 can of corn, and 1 can of artichoke hearts.

Once battered chicken is done you can add in any stir fry or sauce to the meat. Then add the chicken to the vegetables in the other skillet.

Stir all together until vegetables are soft and chicken and sauce has combine with the mixture.
